We are looking for a Full Time, System Administrator/Modern Workplace Specialist to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Required Knowledge

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 components
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Roles (DC, DNS, IIS, RDS and Clustering)
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Basic knowledge of Azure
  • Basic knowledge in networking
  • Basic knowledge in SIP telephony

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek

Remuneration

  • Monthly salary based on candidate knowledge and experience
  • In-hospital medical insurance with yearly preventative check-up (this will be reviewed based on the progress of GESY)

Work Experience

  • 2-3 years in a similar position

The main responsibilities of the Systems Administrator-Modern Workplace Specialist are:

  • Receive escalated requests from the helpdesk team
  • Receive support requests from customers via the ticketing system, email or phone
  • Resolve customer support requests remotely or on-site, in a timely manner, with the assistance of the rest of the technical team, if required
  • Perform setup and configuration of all components of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intune, AIP, DLP, MDATP, CASB, etc.)
  • Perform migration to Microsoft 365 either from other tenants, on-prem solutions or other cloud services
  • Assist in developing, enhancing and documenting internal best practices
  • Assist in streamlining and automating team technical operations
  • Technical documentation
  • Make sure the ticketing system is kept up to date
  • Make sure customers are satisfied with how we respond to their requests and resolve their issues
