Required Knowledge

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge in networking

Remuneration

• Monthly salary

The main responsibilities of the Field Technician are:

• Collection of orders from suppliers’ premises and/or couriers
• Delivery, setup and configuration of hardware
• Installation and configuration of software
• Cabling and mounting of equipment
• Technical documentation
• Make sure the ticketing system is kept up to date
• Make sure customers are satisfied with how we respond to their requests and resolve their issues
• Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks in your field
