Local IT support for a global Real Estate Development and Management Services company

Our customer, a pan European company, with offices in at least ten different countries, have very high expectations when it comes to their IT systems. When they incorporated their Cyprus office, they were looking for a local, professional, and reliable partner to set up their IT infrastructure and systems. They tendered the work and met multiple companies.

They made the decision to partner with Chrisons because they recognised that we have strong technical expertise and a hands-on team that was able to communicate multiple complex solutions simply so that our customer was able to make the best decision for their Cyprus business. The project was delivered on time and in accordance with what was agreed and the systems that were recommended provided what our customer needed.

Our customer’s Cyprus office is often staffed with varying numbers of employees (depending on who is in town and what is the current work load). Chrisons were able to plan and accommodated for this so that all visiting staff can plug-and-play on-demand without difficulty.

After the completion of this project, our customer is considering Chrisons to deliver solutions to the group on a global scale.
