Our customer, an outsourced claims handling company for major global Health Insurances, required a new ICT infrastructure for their Cyprus based office. Their requirements specifically stated that they were planning to expand rapidly so their ICT infrastructure should be capable to adopt accordingly.
The solution that was implemented served the company very well and responded accordingly with our customers’ expected growth.
We are currently working on a new project with our customer to implement a local web based CRM system which will be integrated to a new IP Telephony system. This will enable them to respond more effectively and efficiently to claims requests as well as manage and monitor their call centre in more detail, based on procedures and reporting tools.
