Our customer, a newly established Financial Services company in Cyprus, were looking to co-operate with a local ICT provider who would cater to their current and future needs. The relationship that we established with our customer was based on solid recommendations, a proven track record, our level of knowledge and expertise, our willingness to meet and support them around their busy schedule, as well as the honest and impartial advise that we were willing to share with them.
The project that was delivered consisted of an HP Rackmount Server in a Microsoft Virtualised environment with incorporated redundancies, an HP and CISCO active network, a backup system that performs system backups as well as granular data backups, wireless connectivity for the office users and separate wireless connectivity for guests, a hosted email service over the Microsoft Cloud, and an IP Surveillance system. The next step is to provide them with a hosted IP Telephony system that will also offer local numbers in numerous countries as well as the potential to connect future offices with each as if they were all in a single office.
