Our customer, a 60 year old company in the construction industry, had introduced a new generation of executive management who decided it was time to move offices, into a newly renovated 7 storey building, and at the same time implement a new complete ICT infrastructure. Chrisons guided and consulted our customer from day 1 on how to design, plan, schedule, implement, and roll-out a fully fledged group-wide ICT Infrastructure and Systems overhaul and carried out the whole project while training and supporting them along every step of the way.
The 3-year, €1m, project consisted of a national network infrastructure design with Internet, VPN connectivity, and VoIP. On the whole, Chrisons designed, implemented, managed, and we are actively supporting the Server Room, Structured Cabling, Active Networking, Servers, Servers Virtualisation, PCs and Peripherals, IP Surveillance with an integrated Access Control System, VoIP System integrated with a Messaging and Collaboration platform to provide Unified Communications, company Portal (Intranet), a company-wide modular Microsoft ERP System, and a Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement.
What Chrisons have set up is a state-of-the-art infrastructure, highly recognised by Microsoft Cyprus and HP Greece/Cyprus. It is in fact such a success story that we have been asked by Microsoft Cyprus to present our customer’s project as a successful case study, nationally and internationally. We are very proud of what we have achieved, that being, a much needed culture change and an estimated 10% efficiency gain, both of which gave our customer a competitive edge over the competition.
We are continuing our successful collaboration with our customer with projects such as complete Disaster Recovery and Desktop & Application Virtualisation.
